Before you receive credit for what you have completed, you will have to wait for your offer to become approved. Because not all offers you do become approved, there is an approval rate under each offer displaying the likelihood of approval (5 stars being the highest).

Each offer pays in either cash or sand dollars. Cash is exactly what it sounds like - $. Sand dollars are basically points used in exchange for certain prizes in the "Surf Shop". 100 sand dollars is equivalent to $1.00.
